We are excited to announce that Nicola Batho has joined Ken Ward Interior Services (KWIS) team as our new Office & Accounts Manager! Nicola joined us last year with and brings with her a blend of experience in both the construction industry and accounting, Nicola is set to make a significant impact on our office and accounting operations.
Having worked in the construction sector for 3 years and boasting an additional 10 years in accounting, Nicola possesses extensive knowledge across various aspects of our business. Her expertise, ranging from invoicing and budgeting to coordinating site service requirements, makes her an important addition to our team.
In her role as Office & Accounts Manager, Nicola will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring that our financial reporting is accurate and timely. She will implement efficient administrative processes to enhance productivity, streamline communication between departments, and support our project management teams in achieving financial goals. Her analytical skills will also play a crucial role in providing insights that drive our business strategies forward.
Moreover, Nicola will lead initiatives to improve our accounting practices, integrating new technologies and methodologies that align with industry standards. Her focus on compliance and adherence to regulations will help safeguard our financial integrity and foster trust with our clients and partners.
In her personal life, Nicola shares a warm bond with her little girl, and they cherish spending time together on outings to places like parks, zoos, and seaside adventures. As a family, they eagerly anticipate their annual holiday filled with sun, sea, and Sangria.
During her spare time, Nicola enjoys socialising with friends over food and cocktails, taking leisurely walks, or unwinding with a binge-worthy series. Her vibrant personality and friendly approach will undoubtedly add to the positive culture at KWIS.
