We are pleased to announce the latest addition to our growing leadership team at Ken Ward Interior Services (KWIS). Simon, an experienced senior projects and contracts manager, has joined our team and will play a pivotal role in driving our vision for KWIS forward.
With 15 years of comprehensive experience in construction and facilities management on a national level, coupled with another 15 years in retail operations management, Simon brings a wealth of expertise to KWIS. His specialisation in CATA refurbishments, focusing on projects valued up to £2 million, showcases his ability to manage significant undertakings with precision and care. He is well-versed in collaborating with recognised national brand names, which will undoubtedly enhance our client engagements.

Outside of work, Simon is a dedicated family man who prioritises his wife and two children. He values fitness, enjoying gym sessions and weekend country walks, often concluding his outings at local pubs. His determination to support his children’s career aspirations is a testament to his nature.
An interesting fact about Simon is that he competed at the national level in Judo and at the regional level in water polo during his younger days, showcasing his competitive spirit and dedication. He is, however, a calm individual and rarely has to use his judo skills these days.
